Shipping Policy
- Orders are normally processed and shipped with in 24 - 48 hours.
- Shipping time is usually 3-7 business days.
- All orders are shipped either USPS 1st class mail or USPS Priority Mail.
- All US packages will have a USPS delivery confirmation number attached and will be insured.
- All jewelry shipped USPS 1st class mail will be shipped in boxes inside an envelope for product safety. Cost is $3.51
- All jewelry shipped USPS Priority mail will be in a jewelry box and shipped inside a priority mail box for product safety. Cost is $6.25

Return Policy
Because of health reasons, returns will only be accepted if your merchandise was received with a manufacturer defect, or if the wrong item was shipped to you. All return merchandise must be notified within 3 days of order receipt and must be accompanied by RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain a RMA number please send an email to steadman5@aol.com and we will reply with your RMA #.
No credits or refunds will be issued, rather the item will be replaced with a new one unless inventory does not permit.
Packaging and Return Instruction:
- Send your return package back to Bangin Body Jewelry via the Post Office or other service.
(We are not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise.)
- Include name, Order number and Item number(s) of enclosed merchandise.
- Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
(Please use a padded envelope or box if original shipping materials are not reusable. Items received unsealed or not in new condition will not be honored.)
- Keep your shipping receipt until you have received your replacement item.
